How does a typical engagement start?

Most projects begin with a quick phone call or email to outline what you're looking for. From there we'll either schedule a working session or send a written summary back so you have it on paper.

What does pricing look like?

We quote each job on its specifics rather than a flat menu. After a short scoping call we send a written estimate with what's included, what isn't, and how invoicing works.

How quickly can you get started?

It depends on what's on the calendar, but we'll always tell you upfront. For most requests we can confirm a start window within a business day.

What areas do you serve?

We work primarily within the region around our home office. For projects further out, ask — we sometimes travel for the right fit.

Who's our point of contact during a project?

You'll have a single point of contact from kickoff through wrap-up. They'll know your file, return your calls, and pull in the right specialist when something needs deeper expertise.
